Afolayan Hopeful Over Anikulapo’s Oscars Selection

Prolific filmmaker Kunle Afolayan is optimistic that his newly released film Anikulapo would make the Academy Awards Oscars as the organisers have extended the nomination by a week.

A few days ago, Afolayan expressed sadness that the Nigeria Oscars selection committee declared the new movie Anikulapo ineligible to make Oscars list.

Reacting to the latest development, Afolayan took to his social media page to praise God as he believes that his movie will be selected.
