Court Sends Surety to 5 Years Imprisonment for Impersonation
The Kaduna Zonal Command of the EFCC today, August 1, 2022, secured the conviction and sentencing of a surety by name Ali Sani Yaro before Justice Daruis Khobo of the State High Court Kaduna, on a one count charge.
Sani allegedly posed as a Grade Level 12 staff of Soba Local Government Area to secure the bail of a suspect under investigation by the EFCC.
But the documents he presented were found to be forged in the course of verification, said EFCC.
