Senate President Ahmad Lawan has hailed the All Progressives Congress APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, for picking former Borno State Governor Kashim Shettima as his running mate.
Ahmad Lawan, who also chairs the Northeast Caucus of the ruling party, said in a statement that Tinubu and the APC made a right choice.
He described Shettima as a loyal and committed party member who has what it takes to be an excellent running mate to the flag bearer.
