NAHCON to Hold Media Briefing on 2024 Hajj Updates

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has scheduled a significant media briefing with its Chairman, Malam Jalal Ahmad Arabi, to address vital matters concerning the 2024 Hajj pilgrimage.

Scheduled to coincide with Chairman Arabi’s fourth month in office, the briefing aims to provide updates to the media and the public on crucial issues surrounding this year’s Hajj pilgrimage.

In a statement released by Fatima Sanda Usara on behalf of NAHCON, she emphasized the importance of the briefing in disseminating essential information to stakeholders.

“The purpose of the briefing is to provide updates to the media and the public regarding crucial matters pertaining to the 2024 Hajj,” said Usara.

Citizen FM reports that Malam Jalal Ahmad Arabi, who assumed duty in an acting capacity on 18th October 2023 would utilize the moment to address various matters arising from his tenure during this period.

Usara further added that “Formal invitations will be extended to respective media houses for their participation in this informative interaction”.
